Return Policy


Relive the Experience.com, Inc. ("RtE") is dedicated to providing our customers with the finest products and service. Should the situation arise that a purchase needs to be returned, please review the following information.

Software Licenses

Software Licenses are not returnable or refundable. All Software License sales are final. RtE ensures that the software sold has installed prior to any license being issued. Once the license has been issued the sale is completed and the software is available for use on the machine making the license request. If you have purchased a physical shipment of an RtE software product but not yet installed the software license, the CD and associated material is returnable under the merchandise section below.

Returns for Damage or Defect

RtE takes care to protect every package, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to the carrier immediately and to us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us via email at Customer Service and we will provide you with a RMA# as well as return and replacement instructions.

Not satisfied

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us via email at Customer Service for return authorization. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and software licenses (if any) must not have been issued.

Back orders

We regularly stock the items we offer and therefore ship your order within 7 days (usually less). Although every attempt is made to maintain an inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of a certain item. In this event, we will give you the date our supplier expects the item to reach us. We will then offer you the following choices: canceling the out-of-stock item from your order, authorizing us to send you a partial order, or holding up your order until we receive the item in question. If you choose the partial shipment option, we will send the delayed item to you but with an additional freight charge.
